Ready to lead and shape the future of a growing Building Management division?We are an established, rapidly-growing strata and building management company seeking a proven leader to join as Head of Building Management.
About the Role: You will oversee all aspects of our Building Management division, mentoring your team, ensuring consistent standards, developing policies and procedures, and managing a select portfolio of premium buildings.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building culture, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding client service.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Building Managers Creating and implementing policies, procedures, and templates for the division Overseeing onboarding and setup of new building management contracts Conducting regular site audits and ensuring compliance Personally managing a small portfolio of premium buildings Building strong client and contractor relationships Reporting division performance to the Operations Manager and recommending improvements What we're looking for:5+ years' experience in building/facilities management, with team leadership responsibility Proven ability to implement process and service improvements Strong compliance and risk management mindset Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and mentor MYBOS or similar system experience highly regarded How to Apply: Click "Apply Now" to submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience and why you're ready to step up as Head of Building Management.
