Role–SAP BTP Integration Consultant Location: Brisbane, Australia Salary: AUD150742 - 171215 (Annual Gross)Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SAP BTP Integration Consultantto design and implement scalable integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform.
The consultant will be responsible for developing integration flows, managing connectivity, and ensuring secure data exchange across systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: Hold responsibility for overall integration artifacts and delivery Assess existing integration architecture, landscape and middleware Produce documentation, plans and to-be architectures for the migration or creation of integration scenarios on SAP BTP Integration Suite Leverage SAP best practices and SAP ISAM to the deliverables Suggest, map and implement supported integration message patterns to existing integration scenarios Leverage SAP BTP Integration Suite and relevant services for delivery of artifacts on Cloud Platform Integration, A2 A and B2 B scenarios, API Management & Event Mesh / Advanced Event mesh Design, develop and deploy integration artifacts using Cloud Platform Integration, A2 A and B2 B scenarios, API Management & Event Mesh / Advanced Event mesh Lead and guide teams to project goals and align integration delivery to the overall project milestones, goals and timelines Elicit requirements, deal with inputs, participate in workshops with the customer, internal and external project stakeholders on delivery and artifacts Participate in regular discussions and meetings and report accurate status Skill / Competencies / Experience: ESSENTIAL15+ years of experience in SAP BTP middleware integration & API Management areas including at least 5-6 years in SAP BTP Integration Suite on Cloud Platform Integration, A2 A and B2 B scenarios, API Management & Event Mesh / Advanced Event mesh Experience in minimum of 3 SAP BTP Integration Implementation projects using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Experience in leading upgrade and migration projects with a focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
Comfortable in creating an integration design blueprint for complex projects.
SAP Certification in SAP BTP Integration Suite Experience with SAP S/4 HANA on Cloud deployments or migrations.
PREFERREDArchitecture and Solution design: Analysis of Integration requirements of our IT solutions together with internal and external customers Support & influence SAP BTP integration, API and data flow architectures, considering API first approach & SAP best practices.
Identify processing & performance optimization opportunities.
Proactive evaluation of new SAP features in Integration Suite, e.g., Integration advisor , Trading Partner management Understanding of SAP functional areas and overall SAP BTP architecture Subject matter expertise in SAP BTP integration Suite Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios, including experience with various integration patterns and protocols using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Deep understanding of pre-packaged integration content and effective use of the same Proven expertise in developing Enterprise-Grade, robust Iflows for SAP, non-SAP systems in A2 A and B2 B for both asynchronous and synchronous communication.
Proficiency in implementing Integration patterns like content-based routing, Scatter-Gather, Splitter Expertise in Integration scenarios using different adapters such as HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File, SOAP, Rest, Odata, Graph, etc.
Expertise in using various kinds of mapping such as message mapping, XLST mapping and mapping using groovy scripts Expertise in exception handling mechanisms for Integration flows Deep understanding of quality-of-service concepts such as Guaranteed Delivery, retry mechanism, Idempotent Receiver Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the stability and performance of integration solutions.
Proficiency in integration message monitoring and logging Good understanding of Adapter inbound and outbound security configurations Usage of Transport management system in Integration Suite Expertise in Groovy scripts Experience with IS-API management including topics like creating API providers, API's, policies, and API Products Have in-depth understanding of API Authorization and Authentication, access control, and other policies.
Experience with implementing event driven integrations using event Mesh technology Knowledge on Integration Advisor, Integration Advisory methodology & trading partner management ADDITIONALExcellent communication skills / experience with customer facing position roles.
Must possess the ability to collaborate & coordinate remotely with the functional teams in various regions, locations and technology centers.
Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision.
Must be capable of taking initiative and be proactive, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved.
