As the Senior Marketing Manager - Pharmaceutical, you will spearhead all marketing efforts for our pharmaceutical portfolio.
Working closely with our Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll be at the helm of creating impactful sales-driven marketing strategies, fostering a network of healthcare advocates, and identifying opportunities to scale our offerings.
From developing educational materials to managing strategic partnerships, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success and reputation of our brands.

What you'll do Develop and lead marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical portfolio, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Drive B2 B marketing initiatives to engage healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical organisations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Create and manage marketing and educational materials tailored to healthcare audiences, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Build and maintain a network of brand advocates by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to scale offerings and expand market reach.
Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Product, and Marketing) to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Oversee the execution of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
Monitor and analyse market trends to inform strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all marketing activities and materials.
Lead partnership development efforts to establish meaningful collaborations with healthcare organisations and professionals.
