What you'll do: Join our high-performing Safety, Health, and Wellbeing team at Wesfarmers Health at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park.
Play a key role in achieving our strategic goal: A Safer Place to Work Every Day.
You will support physical and psychosocial risk management, ensure compliance, build capability, and enhance safety performance across the site.
Working closely with site leaders, you'll: Lead safety initiatives to keep teams healthy, engaged, and compliant Drive risk management across people, processes, and locations Champion wellbeing programs that make a real difference Ensure compliance with Wesfarmers Health Safety Management System, legislation, and self-insurance requirements Coach leaders, investigate incidents, and deliver impactful training You are a hands-on safety partner who thrives on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and setting high standards.
