The opportunity EY-Parthenon offers corporate, government and private equity clients professional transaction advice and services, from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through to deal execution, and transaction integration.
The goal is to create value for EY clients, people and society more broadly at the intersection of strategy, transaction services and transformation.
Transaction Strategy and Executionis a dedicated team within the EY-Parthenon division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including value creation, synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process.
With an unrivalled track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to be part of the largest dedicated integrations, separations and transition practice in Oceania.

Some of your responsibilities include: Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time Analysing and evaluating a company's financials Managing engagement teams and leading by the EY values Acting as the main point of contact to our client Reporting directly to Directors and Partners Supporting in business development activities Collaborating widely with the broader EY-Parthenon division and other teams within EY Skills and attributes for success We have a wide range of clients and projects of different sizes, industries and regions.
