With a strong market presence and an innovative product range, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand market share across South Australia and Western Melbourne.Job DescriptionIdentify and develop new business opportunities across South Australia and Western Melbourne.Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agribusinesses.Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.The Successful ApplicantProven sales experience with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.A genuine passion for farming and agriculture.A results-driven, proactive sales approach with a track record of exceeding targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across South Australia and Western Melbourne.A valid driver's license is essential.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop.Career growth opportunities in a growing company, including the potential to move into a Sales Manager role.Increased remuneration based on hitting targets and contributing to business growth.The opportunity to work with premium agricultural products that make a real impact.This role is for a driven sales professional who is passionate about farming and thrives on business development.
