Job Description

In this customer-focused and sales-driven role, you'll:

  • Provide an outstanding experience to every prospective student through prompt, professional, and personalised support.
  • Engage with enquiries using your communication and sales skills to guide students through their decision-making process.
  • Manage and nurture leads using our Customer Capture system, driving student recruitment through targeted inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching departments and key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to all enquiries.

The role is primarily located at our Geelong City campus.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective students.
  • Use your communication and sales skills to engage with enquiries.
  • Manage and nurture leads to drive student recruitment.
