Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program

Your Role Key responsibilities include : Participating in the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program within Clinical Services - Aged Care at Kyabram District Health Service.
Consolidating nursing knowledge and skills obtained in the Diploma of Nursing qualification.
Completing a 12-month contract in residential aged care, with the potential to apply for ongoing employment within a preferred department, pending vacancy.
Engaging in a structured 3-day orientation, 8 study days throughout the year, and ongoing support from the education team.
Working collaboratively with the Education team, clinical support nurses, nurse unit managers, and interprofessional colleagues.
Utilizing evidence-based knowledge to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Developing confidence, skills, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
Working independently and as a team member.
Providing care in accordance with KDHS policies and procedures.
