The Role

The Sales Associate (Seasonal Part-time) is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Process deliveries, maintain tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
• Replenish stock and display changes on the shop floor.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Eligibility

This role requires full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia.

Working Hours

This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays. The specific work schedule will be determined based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.

Please note that it is essential to have your own form of reliable transportation due to early/late hours of work.
