Key ResponsibilitiesWork within and across product delivery squads to create the conditions for success so they can deliver high value software, at pace, hitting sprint goals, and milestone forecasts.Ensure an outcome-focus, not an output-focus.Ensure Scrum teams hit their sprint objectives.Ensure we are always focused on the highest value-accretive work, to maximise positive customer impact.Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure scrum teams are focused on delivering high-quality, working software aligned with business priorities.Drive a shared 'Definition of Done' for shared quality standards and criteria for completing a feature or deliverable to avoid inconsistencies.Work to ensure 'Definition of Ready' is achieved for any given sprint, and 'definition of done' is clearly defined for all required outcomes.Remove blockers, eliminate dependencies (when possible - manage them when it is not), and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce variability in delivery.Remove obstacles for the team and continue to tip high-octane gas into the tank.Product Delivery OptimisationOversee complex, cross-functional product teams and ensure predictable product delivery.Ensure clear alignment with product and organisational priorities.Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring obstacles are addressed proactively.Introduce and reinforce fit-for-purpose delivery practices in Scrum or other team ceremonies and supporting events to drive better outcomes, including facilitation of regular retrospectives that elicit actionable outcomes to improve team efficiency and delivery consistency.Be the voice of the scrum team to enable Product Owners to act as a key liaison between teams and stakeholders, enabling transparency and alignment of scope, timelines, and delivery objectives.Facilitate cross-team coordination and synchronisation, ensuring dependencies are eliminated or managed, and risks mitigated early.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to secure necessary resources and clear impediments to team success.Process OptimisationDrive efficiency and scalability by identifying and implementing process improvements.Advocate for a culture of learning and continuous improvement within delivery teams.Champion the adoption of an open, continuous improvement mindset, ensuring that teams adhere to Agile principles while optimising delivery processes.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on goals.Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to foster trust and collaboration.Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.Metrics and ReportingEstablish clear metrics to measure delivery performance and success.Provide regular, data-driven insights and reports to leadership on delivery progress and outcomes.Use analytics to inform decision-making and improve delivery effectiveness.Implement and monitor key metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burn-down/up, defect rates, say-do ratio, WIP, team health) to track team performance and delivery health, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and quality.What We're Looking ForLeadership.

Self and team-accountability.5+ years in Agile Delivery Leadership, managing teams in medium to large software environments.Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration, dependency management, and conflict resolution.Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify Model) for multi-team delivery.Familiarity with process improvement practices like Lean and Kaizen to optimise workflows and performance.Proven experience in partnering with Product Owners and Managers for effective prioritisation and business value delivery.Active risk management experience, proactively mitigating issues in collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Owners.Technical background in software development or engineering is advantageous for better collaboration with engineering teams.Mining and software product experience a huge plus.Preferable Certifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
