We are seeking an outstanding educator to lead our Learning Support Department in the Junior School.
This full time, tenured role, provides strategic leadership in empowering staff with resources and guidance to meet the individual learning needs of each boy they teach.
Through collaboration and teamwork, the Head of Learning Support – Junior School drives inclusive and differentiated teaching practices, oversees targeted intervention programs and ensures effective communication across staff, families, and external professionals.
Teaching 0.5 load, the successful candidate will model excellent practice both in and beyond the classroom.
A champion of evidence-based approaches, they will support academic and pastoral development, implement personalised learning pathways and reasonable adjustments, and work in partnership with families to foster meaningful individual progress and achievement.
