Junior Accounts Payable Officer

You will play an integral role within a large accounts team.
Key Responsibilities High volume, daily validation of invoices in AP Automation Software Assist with vendor onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely setup of new suppliers Administer Corporate Credit Card processes: create new users, reset passwords, and perform other related administrative tasks Validation and processing of business claims Weekly processing of journals to clear suspense entries Support year-end audit process as required Ad hoc finance tasks as required Assist with covering other team members' work as needed during annual leave Skills and Experience This position is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in Accounts Payable.
