Job Description Lead the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Deliver clear, insights-driven financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Act as a key link between business teams and the broader finance function, promoting alignment and understanding.
Provide financial input on business cases, funding proposals, and commercial partnership opportunities.
Champion ongoing improvements across financial systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry.
Strong analytical, strategic planning and communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP.
Power BI knowledge is desirable.
Knowledge of financial forecasting and risk analysis.
