Beyond the classroom, this program equips you with the skills to drive change in education, policy, and beyond – preparing you for a career of impact wherever you choose to lead About you: Before you apply for the Leadership Development Program, you'll need to: Be an Australian citizen or a Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a discipline other than teaching.
Be able to enrol in at least onelearning area, depending on the subject.
Be willing to accept a placement within a State or Territorywhere we currently operate.
Please note that we close learning areas progressively as we meet demand.
We currently place LDP 'associates' in schools in: Victoria Western Australia Tasmania South Australia Northern Territory.
