As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer in our Buildings team, you'll help design healthier, innovative, sustainable spaces, to imagine a better world and leave a legacy that improves the world we live in.Your Role Will InvolveDesigning smarter systems — evaluating, optimising and designing HVAC systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency and carbon neutrality.
Collaborating across disciplines — working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-performing buildings.
Championing innovation — exploring new technology and sustainable solutions to solve challenges in bold, creative ways.

We're especially interested in experience with:More than 7+ years experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design (Chilled water systems, VRF, BMS, IES, Medical Gases, automation, etc.) Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines Working to Australian codes and sustainability standards Clear communication, leading mechanical designs and strong project collaboration Ability for baseline clearance is desirable Let's Build What's NextWhether it's the largest radio telescope in the world, the SKA in WA or the newly announced Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct - we're proud of what we co-create with our clients.
