As a Jetstar Graduate, you are uniquely placed to immediately enjoy a permanent role, whilst reaping the benefits of a two-year rotational program.We're offering a specific Finance & Strategy Graduate Program that will see you rotate through a range of projects and functions within our Financial Control, Operations/Commercial FP&A teams & Strategy, all designed to develop both your technical and leadership capabilities.
You'll gain exposure to a range of stakeholders and initiatives across both Jetstar and the broader Qantas Group.Throughout the program, you will have access to a range of structured development initiatives, including regular development days, work experience with our frontline team and coaching and shadowing with our senior leaders.
