Base pay range: A$100,000.00 / yr - A$110,000.00 / yr Direct message the job poster from Specsavers Opportunity Overview Specsavers Loganholme, Beenleigh, and Springwood are established audiology practices with loyal customer bases, operating since November 2017, March 2018, and April 2023 respectively.
These locations offer an exciting chance to join an existing business with a Joint Venture Partner, and to expand audiology services within the community.
Currently, the stores have a Part-Time Audiologist and two Part-Time Audiology Assistants serving customers.

Guaranteed salary between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation (paid fortnightly), plus quarterly profit sharing once the business is profitable, and future value of shares upon retirement.
Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave plus birthday leave.
Receive two free pairs of glasses annually.
Requirements Hold or be eligible for a qualified practitioner number with a relevant professional body (Audiology Australia, The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia, or The Australian College of Audiology).
At least two years of clinical experience post-qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strategic relationships.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively to achieve business goals.
