This role is very demanding with over 400 used vehicles in stock and represents a magnificent opportunity to a highly driven candidate.
Scarboro Toyota have recently moved into our new state of the art facility.
We are a large volume dealership the role involves managing the Used Vehicle Sales Department, finding new opportunities, developing your team, maintain current relationships, being part of a successful team and bring your flair/skills to the team.

Attributes / Qualifications Proven experience in Used Commercial Car Manager's role Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff Ability to manage stock and maintain a high level of product knowledge Excellent customer sales and service skills Process driven, proactive and team player Ability to generate and manage high volume of enquiries/leads Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Understanding our customer's objectives, buying criteria & decision-making processes Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments In return, the successful candidate will receive Rewarding uncapped commission structure Support from an enthusiastic management team On-going training (internal as well as manufacturer)Career growth and development opportunities Company drive vehicle with fuel allowance All applications will be kept strictly confidential.
