12 D Civil Designer - ( 250002 G4 )Description We have an opportunity for a Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Rockhampton, Queensland.

Reporting to the Civil Team Lead, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers.

Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive.

The role Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12 D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping Interact with clients regarding project needs About You Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions Relevant qualifications Demonstrated experience using12 D software Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development What We Offer Along with a competitive salary we offer many other benefits to ensure your professional development & wellbeing is ongoing.
