We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our high performing team in Carole Park, QLD You will make an impact in the following ways: Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role, you will need the following: * * A current Forklift licence The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial   Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate for applicants with proven experience Overtime penalties Further training and career development opportunities Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program Income Protection continuance insurance Discounts with select private health insurance PC software/hardware, and a range of vehicles Annual remuneration reviews Safety equipment/PPE and uniforms provided and a range of personal and professional benefits QUALIFICATIONS Additional Information: 38 hour/week Mon-Fri: 08:00 – 16:00 Some weekend work as required by the business This role is included in the On Call Roster Experience: This is an entry level position with minimal work experience required You must be certified to operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery.
