The Role : Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, as Store Manager - Northlakes, you will be responsible for achieving the store's financial targets and key performance indicators, while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.
What to expect on a day-to-day basis? Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
Develop your team's talent and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets.
Showcase your visual merchandising expertise by creating a welcoming and visually captivating environment.
Oversee store rostering and wage expenses efficiently, maintaining a focus on commercial acumen.
Manage stock in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service.
Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to peers and management.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.
Note: Rotating fortnightly roster What can we expect from you? Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
A passion for the retail industry.
Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create effective rosters.
Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising.
