Leveraging existing personal and Troocoo client relationships to drive team performance.
Crafting and implementing divisional strategies aligned with Troocoo's overarching goals.
Driving operational efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Managing the Technology P&L to achieve Gross Margin and Profit targets.
Providing insights and strategic recommendations to the Executive General Manager - QLD Utilising HR Tech tools and data insights to drive informed decision-making.
Building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
Representing Troocoo at industry events and sponsorship opportunities.
