About the Role To meet our growing corporate practice's demands, we are seeking an Associate with three to five years of post-admission experience in regulated corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A, IPOs and secondary advisory work.

About You You have gained experience working on corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions (private and/or public), IPOs and/or ECM.

Your high quality drafting and advice writing skills, combined with your analytical mindset and willingness to work on challenging matters will see you succeed in ourcollaborative, team orientated, high performance Corporate team.
