The Opportunity As the Infrastructure Services Lead, you'll be the driving force behind delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technology services and infrastructure across a diverse portfolio, covering Kinrise, Kin Group, Gem-Care, Strange Luxury, and family office operations.

Based in South Yarra, Melbourne, this role also requires travel to manage and provide your infrastructure service and support across multiple sites.
How you will make a difference: Lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise-wide cloud, network, and end-user computing services.
Oversee core architecture (Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Core Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Telephony, Collaboration Platforms, Network and Security, End-user computing, and Factory infrastructure).
Partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver complex, high-value infrastructure and service improvement projects.
Champion service excellence, proactive risk management, and a forward-thinking tech roadmap.
Manage multi-site IT service operations across Australia (primarily in Melbourne), providing services across 9 sites and 680 staff nationally, and 50 staff across Kin Group, Gem-Care and Strange Luxury Coordinate and collaborate with Family companies on infrastructure and support needs What you'll bring:7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and systems administration) and project management Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Defender), Apple devices via Intune A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
