Your Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced and systems-minded Graphic Design Lead to join our Work Winning team.
This role involves developing and managing all graphic design outputs for tenders, EOIs, and strategic business documentation, focusing on business-driven design execution, clarity, and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, lead a team of designers, develop template systems, and maintain a central graphics library to support efficient bid production.
As Graphic Design Lead, you will be accountable for : Leading the design of submission documents, infographics, and visual aids that communicate key business messages clearly and consistently.
Managing and developing a central graphics library and template system for scalable design production.
Collaborating with bid teams, desktop publishers, and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear, business-focused visuals.
Overseeing and coaching the Graphic Design Hub team, including workload planning, quality control, and upskilling on Adobe tools and bid design standards.
Ensuring all designs meet brand, accessibility, and file structure standards, supporting governance and external expectations.
Requirements for this role include :5+ years' experience in a graphic design leadership role, ideally in proposals or business submission environments.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with a focus on structured business documentation.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Deep understanding of corporate branding, layout systems, and document usability, emphasizing clarity and persuasion over aesthetic creativity.
