About the Role
  • Lead the Physical Infrastructure & Digital Division, driving strategic direction and innovation.
  • Foster a human-centric, ethical and robust approach to functions and activities, ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Drive university-wide strategies and policies of complexity and integrate programs and initiatives to amplify education, research and innovation capabilities.
  • Provide authoritative counsel and expert advice on new issues, champion initiatives that optimise outcomes, align with strategic plans, and leverage available resources.
  • Lead and negotiate complex matters on behalf of the university and harness information and opportunities to reinforce the future vision.
  • Exemplify Deakin's values and behaviours, inspiring colleagues across the university.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth.
