The Opportunity The Chief Operating Officer role is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the NSW Occ Rehab sector or the corporate business sector.
You will be seeking the next step in your management career, aiming to reach an executive level and new heights.
You will lead a high-performing business responsible for successful outcomes across the day-to-day functions.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee over 250 operational staff with 3 direct reports across various divisions, including the Same Employer Division Manager, New Employer Division Manager, and Psychological Division Manager.
You will be responsible for strategic direction and growth, human resources functions, supported by specialised teams such as Talent Acquisition, P&C, Training and Development.
You will lead each division to provide a superior level of service to our customers.
Your role will also involve collaboration with other business areas, including Business Support, Operations, IT, Business Improvement, and Finance teams.
