As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive.
Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.
About the Service

New, purpose-built 84 place service
Bus stop outside the service for easy commute
The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

Skills & Experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
Strong communication and time-management skills
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
