Base pay range50.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr Direct message the job poster from Peak Nano We are seeking a Dev Ops engineer with a good cultural fit, to help build out the digital infrastructure of Peak Nano.
Reporting to the Sr.
Development Leader of the Software & Digital Infrastructure Team (SDI), this engineer will primarily work with the IT, SDI, and AI/ML teams to automate infrastructure management and build CI/CD pipelines.
The core mission of the SDI team is to act as a force multiplier for the organization by utilizing high-level tools, libraries, and off-the-shelf services to accelerate team efforts.
The ideal candidate has experience with development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Software Dev Ops, Software Infrastructure, CI/CDDeploy, automate, maintain, and manage on-premises product systems Configure and manage databases such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, SQL Server Increase productivity through automation Resolve problems across multiple application domains using troubleshooting techniques Design, maintain, and manage tools to automate software processes Develop system backup and recovery strategies Diagnose and resolve server configuration, deployment, and database issues Optimize system performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Provide reports and management information on infrastructure performance and operational KPIs Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for Ia C and CI/CD processes Required Qualifications BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows At least two years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git Lab Understanding of networking basics, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPNExperience with Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency with relational databases (SQL, My SQL, AWS, etc.)Proactive learning attitude for evolving stacks Strong communication skills for collaboration Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and interest in HPC hardware/infrastructure Experience in manufacturing environments About Peak Nano Peak Nano is a US-based, AI-driven nanotechnology company addressing global challenges in optics, aerospace, life sciences, and industrial solutions.
