A Permanent Full Time role within a progressive Australian company for Internal Sales Officers and Customer Service Representatives to enhance customer experiences for the automotive aftermarket accessories industry.  Requires: Strong phone presence and tech-savvy skills.
Salary guide: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum.
Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Your normal day will involve: Engaging with customers over the phone and via email to provide expert recommendations and support.
Preparing sales quotations and following up to close deals.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Delivering outstanding customer service that strengthens brand loyalty.
Participating in annual 4 WD and automotive shows (and enjoying the excitement).
