As Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll lead a unified team across brand, communications, product enablement and demand generation.
You will help shape our story, engage customers and creators in our two-sided market place, and deliver marketing strategies that deliver impact and achieve our commercial goals.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract and is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to contribute meaningfully to 99designs by Vista from wherever you do your best work.
What You'll Do Set and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, content, communications and performance to hit our big picture goals..
Dream up and deliver integrated campaigns that champion creativity and strengthen brand equity.
Create engaging,consistent storytelling across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design and Engineering teams to connect customer and creator value in smart, meaningful ways.
Lead and support our marketing specialists(both direct and embedded) to do their best work and grow their careers.
Own marketing budget management, ensuring financial accountability aligned with P&L goals.
Partner with our CEO and senior management to develop and roll out thoughtful and impactful communications strategies.
Act as a key liaison with Vista Print's global marketing teams to keep campaigns aligned and humming.
Your Qualifications Demonstrated leadership across brand, communications and acquisition in a digital-first environment Demonstrable experience ideating and delivering, creative, PR led communications campaigns.
Proven track record of delivering results through strategic marketing programs tied to commercial objectives.
Exposure to (or experience in) Product Marketing.
Strong communicator and natural storyteller who gets customer needs.
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and knowing how to prioritise what matters.
Deep, proven experience across Brand, Performance, Communications and Content marketing.
Nice to Have Experience in scaling technology startups Experience in marketing for a global organisation.
