The Role As COO, you will be the true north star for everything related to operational effectiveness and people leadership.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the company's operational foundation during a critical phase of growth.
You will architect and implement a clear vision that drives efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business.
From supply chain and logistics to manufacturing and customer service, your leadership will ensure that every function is aligned with their strategic goals and values.
You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into action, while mentoring and empowering leaders to build a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience We're seeking a leader with proven experience in senior operational roles, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing, who brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution capability.
You'll be known for your ability to inspire teams, optimise processes, and make data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Your leadership style will be values-driven, collaborative, and focused on building capability and cohesion across the business.
