What to expect in the role As a Senior Consultant, you'll be part of a team working closely with clients, reporting to a Senior Manager or Principal/Director.
Together, you'll gain a deep understanding of the client's strategy and the operational challenges impeding success.
Collaborating with clients, you'll develop contemporary, tailored solutions and may also support the implementation of these changes to ensure lasting impact.
In this role, you'll build and apply core consulting skills, including research, analysis, facilitation, presentation, and attention to detail.

While consulting experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of work experience and a relevant tertiary qualification.
