Conduct assessments, triage, and crisis support
Allocate follow-up care and maintain accurate documentation
Work in a structured, supportive team environment

Qualifications

Qualified Social Worker or Psychologist
Experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
Comfortable delivering care and referrals over the phone
