Your opportunity : In the South West, Adult Mental Health clinicians provide community-based consultation, assessment and treatment to people experiencing serious mental health disorders and problems.
This St George based position is responsible for a distinct case load of consumers and provides outreach to surrounding local communities.
In this role you will provide a specialist comprehensive, recovery-orientated mental healthcare service that aims to improve the mental health and well-being of adults experiencing mental health deterioration and their carers / support people.
Engagement with community managed and non-government services is an important component of the role and there is an expectation to participate in the development of innovative and culturally safe service options.

St George Hospital is a 31 bed facility located 513kms west of Brisbane, servicing a population of approximately 2,400.
