Responsibilities Collaborate with other developers, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders to craft new product features and improvements for our platform Operate with a large degree of independence, supported by senior technology leaders Take projects from concept through all development stages: definition, development, debugging, initial release, and iteration Build enterprise-level solutions with focus on scalability, maintainability, and supportability Collaborate in an open, collaborative environment with integrity and teamwork Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer or similar role using open-source technologies Strong experience with Python and/or other object-oriented languages Full-stack software development experience, including backend development, service design, data storage and access models, and modern web frameworks Experience creating and maintaining automated CI tools like Jenkins Proclivity toward refactoring and continuous improvement of object-oriented code in Agile environments Strong software engineering fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms Experience in a Saa S-based product and comfort working in a corporate setting is desired Experience in B2 B financial services or alternative asset management is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based increases Generous paid-time-off policy Flexible working hours Remote work Continuing education, training, conferences Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Software Development
