About The Role We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community.

Experience working with youths with challenging behaviours (highly valued)Willingness to support clients with personal care, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.

Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar Must be available to work 20+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including active nights.

Mandatory Requirement -Valid Victorian Driver's License NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid First Aid Certificate and CPRManual Handling certificate Medication Administration certificate Victorian Working with Children's Check National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)If the answer to all the above is 'yes' then apply for this opportunity.
