Credit Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for your own ledger, managing collections, resolving customer queries and claims, and supporting the broader accounts teamfunction.
They are looking for someone with strong technical skills in excel and Business Central, and ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment.
The Role Duties will include : Maintain and update customer account data with high accuracy.
Proactively manage collections to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Investigate and resolve customer queries and claims efficiently.
Analyse account trends and outstanding debts to minimize risk.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to resolve account discrepancies.
Utilise strong Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
Leverage Businesss Central for day-to-day operations and Power BI for reporting.
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have : 5+ years experience in Credit Control.
Proficiency in Business Central or a large ERP system and excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Power BI would be desirable Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to take on additional responsibility, and contribute to team success if required.
