The Opportunity Join a team shaping the next generation of airport and industrial infrastructure across Victoria.
We're seeking a passionate and driven client-side Senior Project Managerto lead the delivery of airport developments — including terminal precincts, gates and lounge upgrades, updating baggage systems, carparks, and the like — while also contributing to high-impact industrial projects such as business parks and logistic hubs.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee budgets, timelines, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
You'll play a key leadership role — mentoring junior staff, fostering collaboration, and building trusted relationships with clients and partners.
This role offers more than project delivery – you'll be empowered to take ownership of transformative airport infrastructure projects while supporting industrial developments that drive regional growth.

About You: Tertiary qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)Experience delivering airport infrastructure — in terminal buildings and precincts, facility upgrades, car parks, access roads, or transport interchanges Exposure to industrial developments such as business parks, logistic hubs, warehousing etc.
