We are excited to be hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney-based team for a 14-month parental leave contract.As a Customer Success Manager at IAS, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting some of the largest brands across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll leverage powerful technology that processes millions of transactions per second and analyzes billions of data points in real time—all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment designed for growth and impact.What You'll Do:Champion the Client Journey: Guide clients through every step, from seamless onboarding to value realization and renewal.
You will serve as the primary point of contact, fostering adoption of IAS solutions and ensuring ongoing client success.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as a reliable partner, providing timely support, managing escalations, and delivering tailored solutions.
Drive Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for account growth.
Utilize regular business reviews and data-driven insights to highlight IAS value and drive long-term client partnerships.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering to onboard new accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Share knowledge and insights to strengthen the entire team.
Master the Tech: Continually deepen your understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and IAS's full product suite.
Communicate product updates and enhancements in a clear, accessible way.
About You: Industry Expertise: Ideally you bring 2–4 years of experience from an Agency, Ad Tech, DSP, or publisher, with a strong grasp of the programmatic advertising landscape.
Analytical Approach: You are skilled at analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations for clients.
Effective Communicator: You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen ability to organize information and deliver concise, compelling client materials.
Adaptive & Proactive: You are a quick learner, enthusiastic about embracing new processes and systems in a fast-evolving environment.
Technically Fluent: Proficient with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel, plus Google Slides and Sheets.
Familiarity with Salesforce, CM360, DSPs, or GAM is advantageous.
