About The Role The Assistant Principal is a key member of the school's leadership team, working closely with the Principal to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture.
The Assistant Principal supports the strategic direction of the school by contributing to collaborative decision-making, goal setting, and the implementation of initiatives that enhance teaching and learning.
The Assistant Principal oversees the delivery of evidence-based practices, monitors student progress, and uses data to inform continuous improvement.
A strong focus is placed on supporting teachers through professional development, coaching, and mentoring, while also strengthening partnerships with families and the wider community.
This position requires a balance of instructional leadership, operational management, and a commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
