We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Shellharbour.

About the Role:

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and home maintenance for older people.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Deliver respite and emotional support to customers.
  • Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably with personal care skills.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle (travel is part of the role).
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
