Based in Pinkenba, the warehouse operation is a critical part of the company's national supply chain, and we're looking for a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead it into the future.

Your new role As Warehouse Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Brisbane warehouse operations.

You'll lead a team of four full-time staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high performance across all aspects of inventory, distribution, and freight management.

From overseeing stock control and dispatch to driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the warehouse.

You'll also play a key role in maintaining compliance with WH&S standards and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management Strong leadership and people management skills A hands-on, lead-by-example approach to team coordination Solid understanding of OH&S principles and legislation Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS)A current forklift license Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service What you'll get in return This is your chance to join a respected, long-standing company where your leadership will make a real impact.
