We are currently seeking an experienced and visionaryIntegrations Director to join our team in Sydney.
This role offers a hybrid working environment, with time split between our Bella Vista office and working from home.
Let's talk about Responsibilities If you are you ready to lead the charge in shaping how systems connect across a major ERP transformation - in this role, you'll be at the heart of designing and delivering smart, secure, and scalable integration solutions that power business success.
Here's what you'll be doing: Crafting Integration Strategy You'll work closely with our Integration Solution Architect and Systems Integration Partner to define and deliver integration solutions that align with our ERP roadmap - ensuring they're built to scale, secure, and high-performing.
Engaging Stakeholders You'll be the go-to person for all things integration - collaborating with business owners, ERP teams, and technical leads to understand needs, solve challenges, and keep everyone informed on progress and risks.
Delivering Seamless Integrations From APIs to middleware and ETL tools, you'll help design, build, and test interfaces that connect our ERP with internal and external systems.
You'll also coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
Championing Data Quality You'll define data mapping and validation rules, and work with data leads to ensure clean, consistent data flows across systems.
You'll also help build testing frameworks to keep everything accurate and reliable.
Leading a High-Impact Team You'll lead a team of onshore and offshore integration specialists - guiding, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Managing Risk with Confidence You'll identify potential integration risks early, develop contingency plans, and ensure we're always prepared with strong business continuity and recovery protocols.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience We are looking for a candidate with: Proven experience (5+ years) in leading integration architecture and delivery for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based integration solutions and hybrid integration patterns.
Deep understanding of data mapping.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead development teams and communicate technical designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management and third parties.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
