You will play a vital role in delivering top-quality service to customers around Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of commercial equipment independently at client sites.Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to clients in the field.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, ideally within the commercial equipment or similar industries.Electrical License is preferred; minimum qualification is a disconnect/reconnect certification.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites.
