Could that be you? Your opportunity: As our valued Payments Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring accurate and timely processing of TPGT customer payments.
Maintaining payment integrity across all relevant systems.
You'll draw on your experience to support changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey.
You'll make impact by: Completing financial reconciliations.
Establishing, supporting, and maintaining the day-to-day processes and procedures of Payments.
Effectively communicating and developing key relationships with partners and business areas.
Supporting changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey.
Complying with audit and regulatory standards set by TPGT and the industry, such as TCP compliance and PCI compliance.
Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analysis as required.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party partners, including managed service operators.
Engaging and communicating with key business areas including customer service, sales, marketing, technology, and finance fraud.
Developing, maintaining, and documenting payment/banking processes and procedures.
Investigating and responding to payment/banking inquiries, refunds, and disputes within agreed SLAs.
Participating in and supporting changes within the payment/banking environment due to new projects, releases, and fixes, such as user acceptance testing.
What you'll bring: 1+ year banking, finance, or customer service experience.
Payments and billing experience desirable.
Understanding of payment gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and payment fraud desirable but not essential.
Experience working with remote teams.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with Siebel (CRM) and Braintree (payment gateway) systems.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret high-volume data.
Ideally, you will also have: SQL desirable.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
A logical and methodical approach, along with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use initiative under pressure and strict deadlines.
High-standard oral and written communication skills.
Customer service focus and commitment.
A strong team player.
Ability to undertake project work from concept to implementation as directed by your manager.
