Zarraffa's Coffee Currumbin Drive-Thru Store is currently seeking enthusiastic team members to fill Supervisory and Barista positions.

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Cashing orders
  • Making coffee

Supervisors may also be responsible for:

  • Reconciling till transactions
  • Supervising fellow staff
  • Managing stock levels
  • Responding to customer feedback
  • Food assembly and preparation
  • Opening and closing store operations

Suitable candidates will possess a high level of professionalism, be dynamic, organized, motivated, and take ownership of successful stores. They should be disciplined, prepared to lead by example, and capable of following through with staff development. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as proactive involvement in store marketing. Reporting to the Manager/Franchisee, full training and support will be provided.

We offer a range of hours, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles, with 20-38 hours per week available. Seven-day flexibility, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights, is required. While drive-thru experience is beneficial, it is not essential. Prior barista experience is necessary.
