The Role : The Sales Associate (Full-time) is the customer service specialist of the store.
They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities : Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment / back of house areas.
Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
Essential Skills and Experience : Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
Eligibility : Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position.
Working Hours : This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.

Monday- 8 : 30am to 5pm; 10.30am to 7pm Tuesday- 8 : 30am to 5pm; 10.30am to 7pm Wednesday- 8 : 30am to 5pm; 10.30am to 7pm Thursday - 8 : 30am to 5pm; 10.30am to 7pm Friday- 8 : 30am to 5pm; 12 : 30pm to 9 : 30pm Saturday - 8 : 30am to 5pm; 9.30am to 6pm Sunday- 9.30am to 6pm Please note that it is essential to have your own form of reliable transportation due to early / late hours of work.
