About the Role At Slade Pharmacy Wesley, you'll work closely with Clinicians, Nurses, and Technicians, manage specialised medications, and play a key role in patient care from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery.

Responsibilities
Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines About You Whether you're an aspiring Pharmacist ready to launch your career in hospital pharmacy or an experienced community Pharmacist seeking a transition into the hospital space, we encourage you to apply Essential Requirements General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract.
Minimum 12-month working rights required for permanent roles.
Personal Indemnity insurance.
Desirable Skills & Experience Background in hospital pharmacy.
Experience in clinical pharmacy.
