Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Subcontracts Manager to join our Hunter Class Frigate Program at BAE Systems Australia.
As an Executive Leader, reporting to the Head of Platform Supply Chain, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for the development, negotiation, implementation and management of major subcontracts to meet the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP).
This unique opportunity requires an individual with excellent engagement skills to lead multiple stakeholders in delivering an aligned strategy whilst applying their procurement acumen to maximize value and minimize risk for the program.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
